This policy explains what information Curplix may process when someone visits the website, why it is used, and which choices are available. Curplix is an editorial library that describes and links to educational resources published by Curplix and third parties.

Curplix is responsible for the processing described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests concerning personal data, email curplix@gmail.com.

Curplix does not require an account to browse the library. Depending on the features and services currently active, the following may be processed:

Sensitive information is not intentionally requested to use the catalogue.

Purposes

Information may be used to:

The legal basis may be consent, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website, or compliance with legal obligations, depending on the country and processing activity.

Google, advertising, and measurement

Curplix may use Google services such as Google AdSense or Google Analytics. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to measure website use, limit repeated ads, and show personalised or non-personalised advertising according to settings and applicable law.

Google describes this processing in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Advertising preferences are available in Ads Settings.

Where required by law, non-essential cookies and personalised advertising will require prior consent. See the Cookies Policy.

Web analytics

Curplix uses Rybbit, an open-source, cookieless web analytics tool, to understand aggregated site usage, improve navigation, and keep the library useful. The tool may process technical information related to a visit, such as the page viewed, device, language, and general access source. Curplix uses this information for service statistics and improvement, not to create advertising profiles.

External resources and links

Buttons that open courses, books, documents, or sharing services lead to third-party websites. When a visitor follows a link, the destination provider may receive an IP address, referrer, and other technical data and will apply its own privacy policy. Curplix does not control those third-party practices.

Retention and recipients

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, security, and legal obligations. Hosting, security, analytics, email, or advertising providers may process data while providing services to Curplix. Some providers may operate in other countries and use appropriate legal transfer mechanisms where required.

Rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability, and may withdraw previously granted consent. A request should include enough information to identify the relevant interaction. Individuals may also complain to their competent data protection authority.

Cookies can be managed in the browser and, when a consent panel is available, through its controls. Blocking essential cookies may affect basic functions.

Children

Curplix provides educational information for a general audience, but it is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or to create advertising profiles for children. If information was sent by a child without authorisation, its deletion may be requested through the contact email.
